Step
1
You should see a window that has iDVR in the top left corner
of the window. You should see a large black panel in the middle
of the screen with 7 grids in the right margin and across
the bottom, a camera tab and 16 numbered tabs and a connect
box. Click on the connect box. Enter the username and password
for your pet's VIP suite. Then click OK. Then click on the
bottom grid. It will show 16 boxes, one will be activated
to view your pet's VIP suite. Double click on that box to
get a better view of your pet.

If you are not able to log on to the site by clicking
here, or entering http://71.98.250.171
in the web address window you will need to follow these instructions
to view your pet on the web cam. On your computer, go to Interent
Explorer. Open Internet Explorer. At the top of the screen
find Tools. Click on Tools. Click on Internet Options. Then
look for the tab labeled Security (at the top of the page),
click on that. Then look for the Custom Level tab. Click on
that. The window is labeled security setting. Scroll through
your settings. As soon as you get to a setting labeled Active
X Controls and Plug-ins you will need to click prompt
or enable on each sub-setting. There should be 4-7 sub-settings.
Then go to Step 1 and try again. By changing these settings
you are allowing your computer to use the webcam software
needed to view your pet. You can alsways change your settings
back to the original settings after viewing your pet.
